How can we help improve assistance to citizens living in a vulnerable situation? A tool for the design of public policies and the collaboration between entities and administration.
The Climate Ready Barcelona project presents the climate vulnerability map, an innovative tool which includes data like climate shelters, shaded areas, energetic consumption and income to further help to improve attention service for citizens living on energy poverty as well as climate risk.
This event is a unique opportunity for entities to connect face-to-face with different departments of Barcelona’s City Council, establish synergies and get to know a tool that could transform the work in both the social and the energetic environment.

A get-together space to exchange experiences, explore collaborations and get to know municipal strategies in terms of energetic vulnerability and climate change. Catering services are included. - 11:30-12:30h | Official presentation of the climate vulnerability map
A session in which we will explore the works and the applications of the map, highlighting how this tool can improve the identification of citizen’s needs and optimize community and institutional action. We will also see how it can support the attention services for citizens, specifically on Energetic Assessment Points (PAE) of Barcelona.
